The short version: we collect what's needed to run the software, your business data belongs to your business, we don't sell data to anyone, and we don't run advertising trackers.

1. What this covers

This policy covers tillfront.com and the Tillfront applications (the Command Center, store register, ordering portal, and related services).

2. What we collect

• Account information — names, emails, and business details for logins on an account.
• Business data you enter — catalogs, prices, customers, invoices, orders, sales, time entries, routes, and tax settings.
• Contact form submissions and technical basics (server logs, cookieless visit stats).

3. What we use it for

To provide and support the Service, to respond when you contact us, to send service-related email, to keep the Service secure, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

4. Who else touches the data

Tillfront runs on established infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf: cloud database and authentication, hosting, transactional email, payment processing (subscription cards never touch our servers), and cookieless visit measurement.

Optional AI features send the questions you type — together with the business figures needed to answer them — to the AI provider whose key the business owner supplies. Access is read-only, every question is logged, and the owner can revoke access at any time.

5. Cookies

The applications use the browser storage necessary to keep you signed in. This marketing website sets no tracking cookies.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep account and business data while an account is active. When a business leaves, we provide an export on request and then delete the data from the live system.

7. Children

Tillfront is business software for an age-restricted trade. It isn't directed at anyone under 21, and we don't knowingly collect information from minors.
