Terms of Service

The short version: Tillfront is business software for wholesale and retail operations in age-restricted trades. You pay the agreed monthly fee, your data stays yours, we work to keep the service up, and either side can end the arrangement.

1. What Tillfront is

Tillfront is web-based software for wholesale distributors and retail stores: invoicing, inventory, customer accounts, a customer ordering portal, store registers, employee time tracking, delivery routing, and excise tax record-keeping. By creating or using an account, you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for the people you give logins to and for keeping credentials confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Your data is yours

Everything you put into Tillfront belongs to your business, not to us. We use it only to run the Service for you. If you leave, ask and we will provide an export, then delete it from the live system.

4. Fees

Plans started through online signup begin with a 14-day free trial: a payment card is collected up front, nothing is charged during the trial, and the first monthly charge happens automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel. Pricing is stated on this site or agreed at setup, billed monthly, with at least 30 days' notice before any price change.

5. Acceptable use

Use the Service for lawful business purposes. You're responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your trade — licensing, age-restricted sales, and tax obligations included.

6. Taxes and compliance

Tillfront computes figures from the rates, methods, and product details you enter. We don't supply tax rates and we aren't accountants or lawyers. You remain responsible for your business's tax filings and regulatory compliance.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available and to fix problems quickly, but we don't promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Support is provided directly.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Ending the arrangement

You can cancel at any time; service continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or end an account for non-payment or material breach. Your data is exportable on request and then deleted.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
